Latreux Skin™ | Returns & Exchanges
Because every Latreux formula is poured fresh in small batches, we keep returns simple, transparent, and fair. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopen, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Are returns ever accepted?
Only in rare cases—for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once a jar, bar, or bottle is filled and sealed, it cannot re‑enter our lab for safety reasons.

Custom or limited‑edition runs (e.g., engraved lids, gift sets) are always final sale.
If something’s wrong, here’s what to do

Email info@latreuxskin.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order #, clear photos, and a brief note. -
Our team will review and—if eligible—issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) with instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method (we cover the label if the error was ours).

Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll send a free replacement or issue store credit.
Items that can’t be returned
- Opened or used skincare products
- Custom‑etched, personalised, or promotional items
- Gift cards or items marked “final sale”
- Complimentary gifts or samples
- Free gifts
Shipping notes

You’re responsible for return postage on change‑of‑mind requests (if approved).

We are not liable for returns lost in transit—please keep proof of postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will replace damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the original item before sending a replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
**If your return is accepted within the 15-day window, there is a 30% restocking fee + shipping cost.**
