At Latreux Skin, we’re committed to delivering your skincare quickly and reliably. Please review the details below.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. (International shipping is not yet available. Contact info@latreuxskin.com if you’re outside the U.S. to be notified when we expand.)

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free Economy shipping on orders of $50+
  • Economy (5-8 business days) - $5.90
  • Standard (3-4 business days) - $6.90
  • Expedited (1-3 business days) - $9.90

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • High‑demand periods or promotions may extend processing times slightly.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after processing.

  • Economy Shipping: 3–4 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

 Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can monitor the delivery status of your package through the provided tracking link.

  • Lost package? If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, wait 24 hours, then email info@latreuxskin.com for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders—please provide a physical street address.

  • Expedited service may be limited for Alaska and Hawaii.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in transit: Email info@latreuxskin.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve or resend.

  • Damaged on arrival: Photograph the damage and contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Address change: Email us ASAP after ordering. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

  • Cancel order: Contact us immediately. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
