1.3  Account Registration
If an account is required to purchase, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Latreux Skin may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected unauthorised use.

2.  Products and Services

2.1  Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in all descriptions, images, and prices, but colours may vary by screen.

2.2  Pricing & Payment Policy
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, exclusive of taxes and shipping. We may change prices without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel any related orders and refund payments already processed.

2.3  Orders
Order confirmation e‑mails acknowledge receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is processed and shipped. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order.

2.4  Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. Latreux Skin is not liable for carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control. Shipping costs are non‑refundable; customs duties or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

2.5  Returns
Return requests are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be eligible within 30 days of receipt. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by emailing info@latreuxskin.com. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error we made.

2.6  Promotions & Discounts
Promotional codes are governed by their own terms, cannot be applied retroactively, and are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. Latreux Skin may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

3.  Intellectual Property

3.1  Ownership
All content (text, images, graphics, logos, software) is the property of Latreux Skin or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international laws. Reproduction or exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.

3.2  Trademarks
“Latreux Skin,” our logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Latreux Skin. Unauthorised use that may confuse customers or disparage Latreux Skin is prohibited. Other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3.3  User‑Generated Content
By posting content (reviews, comments, images) you grant Latreux Skin a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in any media. These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy and other posted legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Latreux Skin regarding site use and supersede prior agreements.
